the weekend is here again!

had a rather lovely start to the weekend
dinner at newton wasn't quite up to expectation because i think edith and lingli ordered from the wrong stall
oh well
but it wasnt all that bad although lingli might disagree
she is so picky
worse than anyone i know except for maybe vivien
haha

indochine later in the evening made up for it though
the place is lovely
a new favourite of mine
comfy couches
nice waiters
enjoyable company
pictures here
and cuz we were there rather early, there was no irritating cigarette smoke
which made things even better
haha
i think nice places like that should ban people from smoking inside
in fact, i wouldn't mind if smoking was made illegal in singapore
that would make our little island so much more a lovelier place
haha
but i doubt that day will ever come
nothing can be perfect i guess
haha

and i still have not received that piece of paper from nus
so much mail frm everywhere except for the one that matters at this point
i am still hoping..
